Plan a bike route with resources along the way

I love exploring by bike and wanted an app that allowed me to plan a bike route that had restrooms and drinking fountains along the way. It's also nice to know where I can get a coffee or a beer. I took it down when Openshift sunset their free plan 😢 It was my first web app and was built with Angular and powered by OpenStreetMaps data.
